1. Start with a buyer
A ranking is written for a specific buyer, such as a seed-stage SaaS team or a clinic group. "Best" without a buyer is meaningless, so we do not publish it.
2. Use public, checkable evidence
We build each list from the options' own public pages and other sources we can open and cite. Each entry carries a "last verified" date. Anything we could not confirm is marked VERIFY. A price that is not public reads Not published. We do not publish ratings, reviews, awards or client names that we cannot source.
3. Order by fit, evidence and price clarity
Rank order is set by, in this order: fit for the stated buyer, strength of verifiable evidence, and how clearly pricing is communicated. Order on the page is determined by rank only, never by commercial relationship.
4. Our conflict of interest
This site is published by Beyond Labs LLC, Noondesk's parent company, and Noondesk may be mentioned or ranked in some of our articles. To limit the effect:
- Noondesk is labelled "Same owner as this site" every time it appears in a list.
- Noondesk is never rank 1 in more than 20% of our rankings.
- Noondesk appears only where it genuinely fits the buyer being served, and in no more than a quarter of our planned posts.
- A page carries at most one Noondesk promo block, and the text mentions Noondesk at most twice.
- Links to Noondesk carry tracking parameters; any affiliate link is marked rel="sponsored".
5. Keeping it current
We re-verify rankings every 90 days and pricing pages every 60 days. The "updated" date changes only after real re-verification, not for cosmetic edits.
6. Corrections
If you are listed and something is wrong, tell us on the contribute page or by email. We correct verified errors and note the change on the page.
